JDI Windows is a locally owned and operated company founded in 2019 by Caiden Brown. Originally established in Colorado by Caiden’s father-in-law in 1997, the success of the company led to an opportunity to expand in Utah. Since then, we have helped hundreds of residential customers with quality window replacements and installations.

Why We Do What We Do
After hearing so many horror stories of people working with contractors and businesses within the window industry and having poor experiences himself, our founder believed that we could provide value and give people an alternative. A natural problem solver, he wanted to address people’s concerns and change the perception they had of working with contractors. This led him to quit his day job, become a general certified contractor, and begin serving customers with new window installations.
Since expanding and moving to Utah, we have fallen in love with the area and its people. The most rewarding part of the job is using our skillset to positively impact people’s lives.
More About Our Founder
In his spare time, Caiden enjoys playing sports. He played soccer in college and now participates in adult recreational basketball leagues and pickleball tournaments. He’s also a devoted father and husband and spends time with his wife and daughter as much as he can. He looks forward to taking a trip to Lake Powell annually in the summer.
